What We Did Today!

During our sessions on Classical theatre we started to rehearse our scene and monologues (Julius Caesar & A Midsummer Night's Dream)  I was starting to do a walkthrough now of how I would do my Mark Antony Speech as I had remembered me speaking it fast, so started to narrow it down as my character is speaking to a crowd.  To be able to do this I would use gestures to make a point for example when I try to get the peoples attention 'Friends, Romans, Countrymen lend me your ears' - I need to use strong gestures with my arms and a really bold vocal (shouted) to get their attention.  I slowed myself down during rehearsing my script to get my annunciation correct.

I also have decided for my presentation i'm going to present it by giving me knowledge of what I know about both plays 'Julius Caesar & A Midsummer Night's Dream' both written by William Shakespeare.

I have written loads of notes from when I have read books on both plays and have been interested in both storys greatly.
